Well folks it’s been awhile since I’ve actually written a post on tumblr. Since March 2014 I have begun tracking my macros, I am now in the process of reverse dieting (I’m somewhere around 192c/63f/144p). I’ve continued lifting heavy and doing hiit about 2 or 3 times a week (not much cardio going on at all). I’ve noticed muscular improvements up the wazoo…my shoulders are the most noticeable, as well as back. My legs are lacking however. My deadlifts are strong but I need to improve on squats. I’m still struggling with a simple 135, however, I do try to focus on depth so perhaps that’s why my squat is so light. Either way, it’s great to see that I’m still improving. I’ll keep updating my progress with the reverse diet. I hope to keep maintaining even at 2500 cal but we’ll see how far up the ladder I can get. Goodnight!
